I love olive oil and was very happy to find someone who sell unfiltered olive oil.The oil that I liked at most was Hojiblanca because of its natural taste. My suggestion/wish is if you can provide the oil in bigger cans for example 10 liters, and optimally in metal cans.

I chose these estate oils due to the ecological way in which they are farmed, I wanted clean oils but without the organic price tag! Each variety has been used for all applications...frying, roasting, dressings...and all have been excellent. I don't have a favorite but perhaps my palate is not sophisticated enough!! One 2.5L can was dented upon arrival so perhaps more packaging would be helpful for the transit. Will definitely be buying again.

Valdesas is a perfect olive oil. We have tried Hojiblanca and Frantoio. Hojiblanca is very mild, Frantoio has a bit more bitter but perfect taste too. Both are different but very good! We use them for all purposes - salads and fried dishes. We will come back again for the new and fresh bottles:)
