The different types of olive oil are all very tasty. Whether you want one to use in salads, on bread with tomatoes, salmorejo, marinades or for frying meats, fish or vegetables. You will find an oil for anything you need.I like oils that are a bit stronger in taste, but if you want something mellow you will also find one.The quality is exceptional. I ordered too much in 2023 and used the last of it just when the 2025 harvest was going on. It was still perfectly usable and tasty.I can only highly recommend you buying your olive oil here instead of the lower quality you find in supermarkets.

We chose the Picual for salads and Hojiblanca for general cooking. I think my wife actually liked the Hojiblanca a bit more for salads! Both are excellent compared to what I can get locally. I will reorder both and perhaps try some of the other varieties as well.

I have tasted several Spanish olive oils (Oro Bailen, Rincón de la Subbética, ...), but yours are among the best I have ever tried. I will definitely buy them again, especially Picual and Arbequina.
