‘Las Valdesas’ was bought by their actual owners, a young couple and their sons in 1986. IN 1999 an olive mill was placed and since then, all their efforts are concentrated in making high quality extra virgin olive oil.
We have been working with an agricultural technical engineer from the beginning to assist us on farming matters. The mill is operated by the Master of the mill, and we have recently incorporated to our staff our sales manager who will be in charge of commercial issues. They all belong to our team of ‘Las Valdesas’ dedicated to pursuit excellence and to obtain the best quality oil.
Ingesar s.l. is the family company that encompasses the farm, the mill and the commercial brand ‘Las Valdesas’. This is the reason why this name appears on the awards since they are granted to the producers, and not to the commercial brands.
