En la finca de Las Valdesas elaboramos aceite de oliva virgen extra ecológico de nuestra propia cosecha.

Además de ser aceite virgen extra ecológico, nuestro aceite es:

Aceite de extracción en frío, obtenidos a menos de 27ºC.
Aceite filtrados o sin filtrar (según las preferencias de nuestros clientes y la época del año)
Aceite premiados. Puede consultar los premios que hemos obtenido.
Aceite de baja acidez: para el ecológico de esta cosecha 2023/2024 la acidez es de solo 0,19.
Aceite de sabor frutado y equilibrado: 65% hojiblanca y 35% arbequina.
Aceites procedentes únicamente de las aceitunas de la propia finca, elaborados en nuestra propia almazara y envasado bajo pedido.

“ Wonderful Oil ”

Consider yourself lucky you found this. There´s no going back to the average discounter-oil. So tasteful, you might as well just drink it. Plus your money goes directly to the producer. Win-win-win.

“ One of the best olive oils ”

Fantastic organic olive oil. Great characteristic and strong taste without being too pronounced and acid. The only problem is that i sells out fast. Looking forward to the 2024 harvest!

“ Extra olive oil direct ”

The Picual was, for us, the best allrounder but we also enjoyed the Arbequina followed by Hojiblanca. The organic blend was in a way, disappointing, no discernable difference to that if we blended it ourselves - the label probably goes down well with health freaks, but for us foodies the regular unblended varieties were more fun.
